How do I return the product?

You may register for a return within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After registering your return, you have 14 days to return the purchase. You return your order with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. Beer Brandweer Training therefore always advises to carefully open the shipping box and original packing, so that you can use them again to return the order.

To make use of the right of withdrawal, it is necessary that you fill in the model form completely and send it to info@beerbrandweertraning.nl. Also enclose a copy of the return form with the package.

When do I have to return the products?
The products that you want to send back must be sent to us or delivered to us within 14 days after you have submitted a return request to us.

How and when do I get my money back?

Returns are therefore free. You will receive the purchase price including any shipping costs within 14 days from the moment we are informed. In case of partial return the shipping costs will not be refunded.

In some cases you can not return items by post. If this is the case, you will find the deviating return procedure at the bottom of the product page of the article you purchased.

How can I be kept informed of my sent return?

You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when we have received the products back and the return shipment will be processed.

Exchange

Order the wrong size or color? With the original invoice you can return the article free of charge within 14 days of receipt with the model form and place a new order online with the correct article
